Instructions For Ordering Direct T.V. and Dish Network

The ordering process for ordering Direct TV is different than ordering Dish Network. Outlined below is the process for each service. We recommend that you PRINT this page.

Direct TV click here to order

(1) Go to the website and always enter your ID number

(2) Choose the Direct TV link

(3) Have your customer chose the plan they would like to order

(4) Call the toll free number 866-882-4961

(5) When the recording begins, press 2

(6) A Cannon operator will ask you if you want to place an order

(7) You or your customer will say? I'd like to place an order through extension 3624

(8) The Cannon operator will ask you for a promo code. That code is VIC and your 1Voice ID number. The operator will confirm that number by repeating your VIC and ID number

(9) The order will be placed and options will be offered to the customer such as a sports package or promotion upgrade. The operator will get the customers order and billing information. The customer will need a debit or credit card to cover the onetime upfront fee, and you have completed the process

Note: 1Voice will be notified that the order has been placed and the customer will appear on your report within 7 days of the installation date.

Dish Network click here to order

(1) Go to the website and always enter your ID number

(2) Choose the Dish Network link

(3) Have your customer chose the plan they would like to order

(4) Click on the sign up now banner on the upper right side

(5) Place your order

Note: Your ID number will be captured when you log in and will follow the order. 1Voice will be notified that the order has been placed and the customer will appear on your report within 7 days of the installation date.
